Introduction

Welcome to Snap2Digitizing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at snap2digitizing.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide, including embroidery digitizing, vector artwork, and graphic design services.
By accessing our Site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services

Snap2Digitizing provides professional embroidery digitizing, custom patch design, vector artwork conversion, and graphic design services including banner design, vehicle wrap design, business card design, logo design, and brochure design.
All services are delivered digitally. We do not manufacture or ship physical goods unless expressly stated.

2. Orders & Acceptance

An order is initiated when you submit a project request via our contact form, email, or direct message. An order is confirmed when we acknowledge your request in writing and both parties agree on the scope, price, and delivery timeline.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including projects that involve content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or in violation of third-party rights

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing

Our service pricing is listed on the Site and may be updated at any time. The price quoted at the time of your order confirmation is the price that applies to your project.

3.2 Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. We accept payment via PayPal. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3.3 Taxes

Prices listed on the Site do not include applicable taxes. Any taxes due are the responsibility of the client.

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Standard embroidery digitizing is delivered within 6–12 hours. Rush orders are available and delivered within 2–4 hours, subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Turnaround times for design services (banners, vehicle wraps, logos, etc.) vary by project complexity and will be agreed upon before work begins.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Revisions

We offer revisions on all projects to ensure your satisfaction. The number of revision rounds included depends on the service plan selected.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may be treated as new orders.
Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original project scope. Significant changes to the original brief may result in additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and clear design files
• Ensuring you have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or brand assets submitted to us
• Reviewing delivered files promptly and requesting revisions within the stated window
• Confirming that files meet your machine or production requirements before use

We are not responsible for errors or production issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Client-Owned Assets

You retain full ownership of any logos, artwork, or brand assets you provide to us. By submitting these assets, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your project.

7.2 Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted full ownership of the final delivered files. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of order.

7.3 Third-Party IP

You confirm that any artwork or logos submitted to us do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Snap2Digitizing is not liable for any claims arising from the use of client-supplied materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Cancellations

You may cancel an order before work has begun and receive a full refund. Once work has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

8.2 Refunds

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, we do not issue refunds once a project has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with the result, we will work with you through our revision process to resolve the issue.

8.3 Exceptions

In cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to an error on our part, we will offer either a full redo at no charge or a refund at our discretion.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, project details, and business information as confidential. We do not share your project details with third parties except as required to complete your order (e.g., with a production partner under a confidentiality agreement).

10. Limitation of Liability

Snap2Digitizing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our deliverables for any specific production machine, printer, or use case beyond what has been explicitly agreed upon.
We strongly recommend testing embroidery files on a sample garment before full production runs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
